Q: What does the tour include? 

 A:  It depends on the tour selected. We kindly invite you to visit the San Marco page on our website to check all details and the most up-to-date information . 

Q: What is not included? 
A:  Food and drinks, hotel transfers, guided visits inside the museums of St Mark’s Square, access to the Basilica terrace and museum, and the Pala d’Oro. 

Q: Does the tour include skip-the-line access? 
A: Yes, skip-the-line access is included for the Basilica, Doge’s Palace, and the museums. However, delays may occur in case of high attendance or exceptional tides. 

Q: Is it necessary to bring an ID? 
A: Yes, a valid ID is required to enter St Mark’s Basilica. 

Q: Is there a dress code? 
A: Yes, shoulders and knees must be covered. Comfortable shoes are recommended. 

Q: Can I bring bags or backpacks? 
A: Large bags and backpacks are not allowed. A free cloakroom is available at Doge’s Palace. 

Q: Is the tour accessible to people with reduced mobility? 
A: The tour is not fully accessible to wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility. 

Q: What is the cancellation policy? 
A:  Bookings are non-refundable

Q: When should I arrive at the meeting point? 
A: Please, arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Q: Do I need to print my voucher, or is a digital ticket accepted?

 A: A digital voucher displayed on your smartphone is fully accepted—printing is not required.

Q: Do I have to respect the time on the ticket?

 A: For the Basilica ticket, you must respect the time, while for the Ducal Palace ticket, the entry time is flexible. 

 If you have booked a guided tour, you must respect the time since it will depart at the selected hour.

Q: What are the opening hours for the Basilica?

 A: Monday to Saturday:- Opens at 9:30 AM, last admission at 4:45 PM, closes at 5:15 PM

     Sundays and Holidays:- Basilica opens at 2:00 PM, last admission at 4:45 PM, closes at 5:15 PM

Q: What are the opening hours for Palazzo Ducale?

 A: From November 1st to March 31st, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, last admission at 5:00 pm.

     From April 1st to October 31st, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, last admission at 6:00 pm
